This video shows you how to replace the BP96-00224 series enclosures from Samsung. The only difference is that we use a small lamp adapter for the replacement lamp! If you have a BP96-00224A or BP96-00224B, you’ll need to use a replacement lamp that has a 1.3mm arc–typically made by Osram or Toshiba. Philips uses 1.0mm arc now because the life of the lamp and power efficiency is increased through the 1.0mm design.

Thanks for the video just ordered and installed the new lamp with no problems. Set is up and working. Had 15870 hrs on my original lamp so should be back in about 10 years.
